    Need to stop being naughty...I'm nearly 40...my weight watchers food diary....

    7 weeks today I am going to be 40 so am going to try doing weight watchers for a few weeks to see if I can get a bit slimmer by then. I'd like to lose at least 7lbs to try and make my clothes more comfortable as they have become rather tight these last couple of months

    Joining group tomorrow so will really have 6 weigh ins before I start my celebrations.

    Am hoping group will help me feel less confused about the plan than I am at the moment as I am more used to slimming world but welcome any tips and pointers on my food diary which I will start posting tomorrow

    Well am excited for tomorrow but not feeling that well prepared. Hopefully that will be sorted once I have been to group and done the shopping! Have got a busy day so not going too be easy to prepare much food so I think tomorrow will involve plenty of sandwich/wraps sort of thing am not looking forward to doing the simple start week as the treats seem limiting but hopefully it will be worth it and I will get the results on the scales!

    Friday 6th June Simple start

    Breakfast Shredded: wheat/skimmed milk

    Lunch: ham salad and Warburton thins

    Dinner: Chicken salad wand Warburton thin

    Snacks: Fat free natural yoghurt/ Fruit/ 2 extra treats probably a ww bar and ww crisps, crumpet and cottage cheese
