    After 2 years Im back and not stopping!!

    Hey !
    I'm starting this again now after 2 years. Since starting uni in September I've put on almost 3 stone so me & my boyfriend are on the pro points!
    been doing it since last Sunday (the 1st) so gonna put my food on here for the week and update daily.
    I remembered last night how I used to come on here so I'm back & hoping to meet some lovely people and get some ideas.
    okay, my food diaries for last few days

    Monday :
    wetherspoons chilli chicken wrap - 10pp
    side salad with dressing - 4pp
    sprite - 3pp
    Birdseye inspiration chicken with cheese and ham - 8pp
    peas & sweetcorn - 2pp
    mash - 8pp
    frosties - 5pp

    Tuesday:
    asda all star burger meal - 16pp
    Bacardi - 2pp

    I wondered if you have breakfast each morning?
    It's been one of the best aids to my weight loss.
    I started ww again in 2011 at 15st 3lb..weigh in yesterday 10st 11.6lb my goal is 10st. I find this site so helpful for info and will subscribe to your diary. Have a great time at the festival! X

    I was at a festival, so bit of a naughty day

    KFC fillet burger - 17pp
    medium fries - 8pp
    gravy - 2pp
    diet Pepsi - 0pp
    Smirnoff ice (245ml) x 2 - 8pp
    Savanna Cider - 5pp
    zub way cocktail 250ml (with half cup ice) - I'm guessing around - 6pp?
    cheese ravioli in tomato sauce -8pp
    hovis seeded bread x2 - 5pp
    lurpack - 20g - 3pp

    62/53

    I'm not too sure about the cocktail but I had 24 weeklies left anyway to cover it!!

    I know what you mean re the breakfast! Breakfast bars are a godsend for that! The marshmellow ones are only 3pp or wheatos ones are 2pp i think!

    i thought that too until i started this, now i struggle without breakfast (usually i have fruit though)

    Also, i cant believe how low the ice blasts are!! i love those!

    I like fruit but because I share a kitchen with so many people they are bound to get stolen or chucked lying around so they'll have to do hehe

    yeah, I wasn't sure the size of it but I think it was 500ml so worked it out as 7! was so good..hadn't had one in ageeees!!
