fruitandcoffee's WW diary

Finally got my degree out of the way and can focus back on losing weight now :) I would like to lose about a stone and half by the end of September but I don't know if I will do that, my motivation comes and goes and it has taken me a long time to lose any weight. I am very on and off with it but hoping if I have a diary on here I will keep it up :)

I am starting today but weighing on Fridays. I'm going to try not to use any weeklies until Friday as I'm counting whatever I weigh on this coming Friday as my 'starting weight'. I have three weeks from Thursday until my graduation so might weigh in early that week, would love to lose half a stone before then but 5ish pounds would be fab also :)

I get 28pp a day as I'm quite tall at 5'9.

Breakfast - 3pp

Coco pops cereal bar (2pp), WW vanilla yogurt (1pp), banana, coffee

Snack - 2pp
Mint Options sachet (1pp), 15g Anchor squirty cream (1pp)

Lunch - 9pp
5 x Sainsbury's chicken breast nuggets (6pp), 1 tbsp Heinz ketchup (0pp), 1 potato cake (3pp)

Snack - 7pp
Mini kit kat (3pp) Sainsbury's BGTY lemon cheesecake (4pp)

Dinner ?

:) just tucking into my hot choc now, I am stuck indoors with horrible hayfever wishing it was winter!

Hi ladies! Thanks for subscribing, if you have diaries please post them for me to follow :)

Unfortunately think I might be falling off the wagon already. Have spent half the afternoon asleep, woken up feeling even worse, just wanting to eat everything in sight. Trying to keep it in control atm but not sure how long it'll last! :(

we're here to support you so don't worry :)

I can't work out how to get the link on my phone but my diarys called '2 years and I'm back..' or something close to that!

hope you're feeling better today xx

Well I ate loads last night, I feel so ill and fed up but after sleeping all afternoon and a really long 10 hour sleep last night, am feeling a bit better today. I had my usual 'should I just go back to Slimming World instead' wobble last night, I do get a bit fed up with pointing everything sometimes having done Slimming World before, but think I will persevere. Can still eat Slimming World type food, but point it instead. The thing that really scares me about Slimming World is the 'unlimited' element, and I don't really tend to eat 3 big meals a day, more lots of little meals. And as I'm out and about quite a lot, WW definitely suits me better. I'm finding it harder at home I think because at uni I had a gym membership, I was completely in control of my food, I love my fruit but currently absolutely skint and my family don't eat healthily at all :( so trying to persuade my mum to buy me all the fruit and fresh food I'm used to is difficult! Applying for hundreds of jobs at the moment though, hopefully it'll be easier now I've finally got the results of my degree!

Anyway enough of the life story, today's food so far:

Breakfast - 2pp
WW toffee yogurt (1pp), 15g Shreddies (only 1pp, fab!), coffee (0pp), apple

Lunch - 8pp
WW bagel (4pp), 10g Flora buttery (1pp), Coco pops cereal bar (2pp), sugar free jelly (0pp)

Snack - 1pp
Mini Twister lolly (1pp)

Dinner - 12pp
6 chicken nuggets (7pp), chips (5pp), 1 tbsp ketchup (0pp)

Honestly don't know what else I'll have today, will have to see what I fancy later. I can't wait to get into a proper routine of having a job and taking a lunch with me, sitting around all day every day makes me want to pick much more than I normally would!

I get what you mean, I'm in uni atm and it's so easy to just buy what you want and you get used to different foods, when I go home my mum has completely different food to what I have then complains when I ask her to buy a bit more! since. it's the summer I'm just sitting around trying to find a job also, and I'm constantly bored and think I'm hungry and wanna snack so I get what you mean! but I'm sure as soon as you get used to it you'll be ok! :)
as for planning foods, wether it's bad or not, I never do it, I just decide at the time what I want to eat then point it! no harm in that, hope today is better for you!

have many plans today? xx

It is really hard to buy lots of fruit when your skint isn't it, good luck with finding work, I'm out of it atm and it sucks. Xx

I have £8 to my name! I've had a phone interview, actual interview and now I have a trial hour at a law firm next week, so I am really hoping I will get this job...was going to go to law school in September but I don't know if I can face another year of being absolutely skint :( it's horrible isn't it, I am so bored! xx

I know I really miss uni! What are you studying? It's harder now as well because I keep seeing coffee shop jobs or fashion retail jobs that I would get because of past experience, but now I've finished I need a proper full time job :( yeah I think sometimes having a rigid plan isn't the best because if you want to deviate from it you have to work it all out again and it's irritating! Nope :( nothing at all, it's so dull! How about you? xx

Will be crossing my fingers for you Hun, it just makes you feel rubbish sometimes, like I feel bad my OH is providing for both of us but I'm sure I will get my lucky break soon. Least you are getting through each stage of interview so it seems promising xx

magazine journalism & Feature writing! yeah, it must be so annoying, especially when you've just got a degree as well, you obviously wanna put that into use too! yeah that's true!
no, might go out for lunch but that's about it I think! I'm moving out of uni halls and into a house on Tuesday so need to start packing and stuff but I really can't face that atm! xx

Thanks lovely :) I know it's awful, this trial is down to me and one other person so I'm really nervous! xx

Wow that sounds far more interesting than my law degree haha :) did you go out for lunch? Ahh I know the feeling, I'm moving out of my uni house back into home Friday and it's such a pain to pack, especially in the heat! xx
