Rachel's FLAB-U-LESS food diary!
Hi everyone, I've just joined Minimins and joined WW online 2 weeks ago. It took a while for me to get into the groove of it so I've only lost 2lb but I feel much more in the zone now. I have over 2 stone to lose and would to share this journey with you guys!
Here's today's diary :
Milk in coffee - 2pp
Small skinny latte at costa - 3pp
Egg & mushroom muffin - 8pp
Chilli & coriander prawns (m&s) - 4pp
choc pretzels (m&s) - 3pp
banana - 0pp
diet coke - 0pp
chicken kebabs (m&s) - 7pp
leeks, broc, green beans - 0pp
I will have used all of my dailies and 1 weekly. I'm happy about this though as I had breakfast out with a friend at costa (I would never normally spend 13pp on brekky!) and still stuck to points. In the past I would have blown it the minute I walked through the door of costa and saw the cakes but I just said to myself 'this doesn't have to mean going off track, you have to be able to build these situations into pro points, as life does not stop and wait for you while you're dieting, or it won't work long term'. Feeling proud! Have a nice afternoon x
