    MrsK's WW Food Diary!

    Hi

I've finally found to time to start my own food diary instead of stalking everyone else's! I'm hoping that it will help to keep me on track and make me more accountable to what I stuff in my mouth without thinking.
So, a little bit about me then - I'm in 32 and live in Cornwall with my husband and our 4 legged fur-baby! I work for the NHS and spend my spare time having lovely long dog walks on the beach in every type of weather and reading my book. I'm a diet tart and I have hopped between WW and SW on a regular basis for the last couple of years. I lost 3 stone with WW 5 years ago and have gained 2 stone of that since I got married almost 2 years ago. Whilst I love SW and the huge jackets that I can eat, I struggle to be super organised and I can't always be arsed to cook from scratch each night. For me WW gives me the flexibility to grab food on the go and allow myself to have want I want within reason and without binging. I eat for every occasion - happy, sad, to celebrate and to commiserate

To complicate things even more, I'm a fussy one and I eat very few fruit and vegetables and I try and follow a veggie diet as I hate most meat and love Quorn! However, send me to a BBQ, give me a glass of wine and I can be easily tempted to eat a sausage in a bread roll with ketchup
So yesterday I made the decision and walked back into the WW meeting that I lost weight with the first time. The leader has changed and she's lovely, made me feel really welcome. Today I received a welcome text from her and later this afternoon I had an email with words of encouragement and tips and advice for the fore coming week and a round up of last night's meeting and how much the group had lost in total. I'm really impressed!

So enough rambling on - todays eats:

    Breakfast:
    35g porridge oats - 3
1/4 pt semi skimmed milk- 2
    1/2 teaspoon sugar - 0

    Lunch:
    Tesco tiger roll - 5
Philly extra mini tub - 1
    Quavers - 3

    Tea:
Tesco crispy potato slices - 8
Quorn southern fried bites - 5

    Snacks:
    WW caramel latte - 1
WW orange crunch bar - 2
    Oddities - 3
    Special K Chewy delight bar - 3

    Diet coke - 0
    SF squash - 0
    2 litres of water

    39/29

I am good thanks although it's going to be a busy day. Hope it brightens up for you, it's lovely here this morning.

What's on the menu for today? I can't decide what to do for tea tonight yet. Bought a jar of ww bolognaise sauce so we might end up having that xx

    Hi!

Friday for me today - I have a 4 day weekend and cannot wait! Husband is working for 3 of those days so it's just me, pup and my kindle - heaven!

Well day 2 and I have a small confession to make. Last night I got up in the night to let the dog out for a wee and scoffed a blue riband, 2 ww chocolate bars and 2 Bourbon biscuits : - ( I'm not going to let it get to me and I've just added it on to today's food and take it out of my weeklies. Really hungry today for some reason but trying very hard to stay away from the vending machine at work.

    Breakfast:
    2x crumpets - 5
    Scrambled egg - 5
    Clover light - 1
    Highlights caramel - 1

    Lunch
    Italian crackers - 4
Mini philly light tub - 1
    Muller light vanilla - 2
    Diet Coke - 0

    Tea:
    Buttery mash - 7
Tesco healthy living sausages - 5
    Spaghetti hoops - 1

    WW caramel latte - 1
    Diet coke - 0
    1.5 litres of water
    SF squash

    Last nights last night binge:
    2 x bourbon biscuits - 4
    Blue riband - 3
    2 x ww chocolate bars - 4

I've struggled today and my weekly points have dwindled as a result. I'm pushing SW thoughts to the back of my head and I'm determined to have a full, good week even if I have more bad days. I have also decided that I'm not going to scale hop this week. I'm going to try and ignore them as much as possible and wait until next Tuesday evening to weigh in. I think the only way of getting on track is to record my eats and thoughts on here and throw in a couple of F&H days. We are going to my MIL's this evening but instead of the normal red wine, I'm taking with me a WW caramel latte and hoping to avoid the wine and her pressure of 'just one'! Hope everyone has had a good day x

Well I managed to avoid the wine and stuck to my ww latte However I ended up munching 2 more ww bars in the night. Seriously need to get a grip! Already having SW thoughts so u have reread my welcome email, have the ww magazine ready to read with my mid morning coffee and I'm going to read through all the info I got on Tuesday night. Swapping is the not the answer to my problem and it will only delay me shifting any actual pounds!! Thought I'd try and F&H day today. It's a struggle for me because of my fussiness, but I'm gonna try my best! I'll update as I go through the day. EDIT - have changed my mind about f&h and I'm sticking to pp! Breakfast: 2 x crumpets - 5 2 x 'fried' eggs - 4 Clover light - 1 ww caramel latte - 1 40g shreddies - 4 1/4 milk - 2 muller mint - 2
    Tea:
    2 x small jacket potatoes - 13
    50g low fat cheese - 4
    Spaghetti hoops - 3
    2 x slices of quorn bacon - 1

40pps used today so that just leaves me with 5 weeklies after my 2 late night binges . Out tomorrow afternoon but going to try my best to avoid the high syn foods! I still have my caramel latte which is going to be my treat later on this evening x
