Ok so im back. I started my weight watchers journey on March 2012 at 15 stone 5 and in March 2013 I reached ww goal of 11 stone 10 (im 5ft 8 btw). At this point I still had about another stone I wanted to lose and was a happy size 12.

Since March 2013 I have still been attending but watched my weight creep and im currently 12 stone 8.

I have just found and about to book a dream holiday to Cuba and I want to go and feel good about myself so its time to stop dithering and get back into it. I have 51 weeks to go and 2 stone to lose.

So Saturday is weigh in and my total restart day. I found I was most motivated on here so im back....if anyone wants to follow my diary feel free if not will rant to myself :) hope everyone is well otherwise.

Just been planning tomorrows food so to get into practise I will tell you all what im having. I like to do it in advance if I can...p.s I have a real sweet tooth I need to try and curb :

I am on 28pp a day

B - granola, fruit and greek yoghurt - 7pp
Mid morning snack - banana, satsuma and a flump - 1pp
L - jacobs multigrain crackers, extra light laughing cow triangles, ham, apple, pickled onions and cherry tomatoes - 7pp
Fruit salad
D - weight watchers quiche and salad - 7pp

Snacks - skimmed milk - 2pp, mint dark chocolate bar - 2pp, green and blacks - 2pp

So im thinking of changing my weighing in day to a thursday evening so I amy not weigh tgis week. Hmmmm decisions

Well after a great day tea was a fail. Quiche, new potatoes and tinned spaghetti. Way more points than what was left

but.....I have decided I am going to the thursday evening class so im going to reset my tracker as if yesterday was a brand new week and my weeklies reset. I am going to weigh in tomorrow as need some new bars but not going to worry too much about scales. They will shpw a gaon next week anyway going from morning and empty stomach to an evening class...

So when I have worked out points for today will know what weeklies I have left....if any of that makes sense at all!

Joys of changing classes and restarting a minimins diet. Its the same leader as mine ia great just more convenient class.

So not really sure what im expecting tomorrow. Mixed week with changing weigh in and weeklies so not going to be unhappy whatever tomorrow is.

Thursday was 28/28pp which was my new day 1
Today was 41/28pp which is my new day 2

Therefore 36/49 weeklies left

No concrete plan as yet for tomorrow. Dinner will be hairy dieters jalfrezi. Cant decide yet between cauliflower rice or brown rice but will see how my day goes

Well didnt make weigh in. Completely failed to set an alarm and woke up after class finished. So just continuing with my week and will see what Thursday says.

So day 3 of my week

B - weetabix (well asda version) and milk - 5pp
L - chicken salad warburtons thins - 4pp
D - hairy dieters jalfrezi, brown rice and greek yoghurt - 11pp

Treats so far

Made flapjacks that are 3pp and cake pops that are 1pp and had 1 of each - 4pp

Have 4pp left for today which I will have a green and blacks minis and a ww bar later

Well good morning everyone . I'm super tired today. Not the best evening with hubby. So many things going on. I cant talk to anyone about them either which makes it so dammed hard that I think im going to explode sometimes amd today is one of those days. Im struggling to keep it together which means im going to have to try extra hard to be good. Its my downfall as all I want to do is eat.

So bearing in mind I want comfort food have decided on weetabix for breakfast...and egg chips and beans for dinner. Not sure on the middle bit yet that will just come as the day goes on.
