Hi everyone I have been here before I always seem to stray away then come back...
This time I'm sticking to it I have 4 weeks till my bday then it's the dreaded Xmas countdown...
I joined a meeting today, weight is 9.10.5 I'd like to be 9 stone by mid October.
Any advice is welcome :)

2 bacon (4) 1 egg (2) 2 ww toast (5) & coffee (1)
Rice thins (5)
30 min walk (+1)
Chicken curry (6) sweet potato (5) & oil (1)
Hot choc & marshmellows (6)
