ProPoints Back on the weight watchers

I'm Claire been on the weight watchers before but back here as slipped into bad habits!
Don't get me wrong my fitness is amazing!im currently training for a half marathon in 5 weeks and I hit the gym twice to three times per week as well as my running.problem is the junk I eat!i crave food after exercise and go for the easiest (junk) food!
I need help,I need support from others!im getting a jelly belly and I hate hate hate it!!
I'm assuming not alots changed and still would be 29 pro points and 49 weeklies?
I'm unsure with the exercising though?do I need to eat my activity points?or not?
Going to try and start tomorro,will weigh myself at some point tomorro also.
Hope someone can help I must lose this extra weight I've gained I'm feeling awful

Havnt had chance to do homework properly yet on ww so eating healthily this week while read up on it again and will see how get on!!!
Soooo hows things??so much change!!!
My eldest is in year 1 now and my youngest is 2 in just a month!!times gone way too quick!!!

So today's diary eating healthily this week and thing will jump on weight watchers wagon next week dependant how this goes this week Breakfast Curiously cinnamon cereal and semi skimmed milk Dolce gusto americano Lunch Carrot and coriander soup Celery sticks 2x cracker breads Onion rings Babybel Actimel Snack Pepperami Dinner Mince Peas Carrots Broccoli Kiwi fruit 2 litres of green tea Xxx

20 min of abs

I'm training for my first half marathon which is 4 weeks this Sunday in Birmingham so my exercise regime is pretty extreme at mo,I'm quite addicted though. Prob is I've been exercising really well but eating pretty much what I want so the weight has slowly crept on,going to do official weigh in this Friday and go from there!hoping having a set of own scales will keep me motivated to stick to it!also last night hubby weighs himself and he's lost so much he's not much heavier than me now,which I'm not too happy about,so determined to get it off and keep it off!!

Breakfast
Weetabix with semi skimmed milk
Dolce gusto americano
2 tea spoons of sugar on cereal

Lunch
Carrot soup
Celery sticks
Cracker bread x2
Actimel

Pepperami for snack

Kiwi/raisins

Dinner
Mince
Tinned toms
Chilli spice mix
Tiny amount of rice
Broccoli

Litre of green tea

Exercise
30 mins walking

Tonight is my big run night in training for half marathon and tonight I must achieve 11.5miles!!
So that's about 120 mins of running,managed 11 last week so up it half a week and will soon be ready for the half next month!!

Have a cold ? was meant to go for a flu jab today but they wouldn't let me,so I went for little swim and steam room session instead.trying to point today to see how I go.
Have work later so no late night temptations
Weigh in tomorro,not feeling too confident about it!

Weighed in today and scales show 11st10lb 1/2 so loss just over 1lb so I'm chuffed with that!!got awful cold and headache today :-( feeling sorry for myself!! Gonna try stick to points as found that very good yesterday.
