Charlene's Diary to loose 18lb for New York Trip in December I CAN DO THIS

Hi Everyone :wavey:
My name is Charlene. I am from Ireland married with 2 beautiful boys. I have had a few diarys here but have always fallen off plan and gave up! Fed up with my pattern loosing a stone then putting it all back on I want to be comfortable with my weight and doing what I'm doing Im getting nowhere!! I have booked a trip to New York on 10th December :bliss: which I am mega excited about as its been my dream to go there and I want to be carrying less weight and fit for all the walking that will be done. I rejoined class 2 weeks ago in my first week I lost 4lb I cant make WI tonight due to work so I weighed myself and I got STS happy with that as it is star week.
So I have 18lb I would LOVE to shift I have 10 weigh ins before I jet off and hope to be as close to 12st as possible. I will write my food diary on here every evening starting tomorrow as my food a bit over the place today.

Pasta bake n slice garlic bread 16pp

It me and my niece she is 22 and we have been on about visiting NY since she was 4 so we are finally going :D ill miss the boys loads but I so looking forward to it I'm so lazy I be on here reading all the diary a but forget to fill my own having a good week weigh in tomoro evening be nice get 2lb

Pork chop and rice n veg 12pp

Yes I bet it will be lovely near Christmas time. We went in early May.

We stayed in times square which is quite an experience in itself! Also went to central park which is lovely and on a trip to see the statue of liberty and Ellis island which was very interesting. It's also worth going to see the 9/11 memorial too, very upsetting obviously but also very moving and unless you actually go it's very hard to describe the atmosphere there. Oh and a trip up the empire state building for the amazing views!

Don't forget try try one of their breakfasts, they're amazing :D

I love my treats a bit too much I've decided come January I'll have to cut my treats down most weeks I do use all my weeklies if I don't there is only 3 or 4 left unused I would mostly used then on sat and sun for bigger dinners or wheaten bread thanks for all the info on New York I dread to think the amount of weight I'll put on I have one other question as I am gettin mixed answers did you get taxi train or bus from airport to manhattan? X

We got a taxi from the airport which was a fixed rate. Not cheap but you can get to anywhere in Manhattan. Very easy!

I'm the same with treats, have always felt too many points were going on them but nowadays I've been turning more to fruit and custard or something like that after tea which stops me needing things like crisps and choc bars. Most of the time! x
