Hi everyone

I have restarted diaries a few times now, I can't seem to stick to it at the min. I have a new boyf so that makes it harder for me to stick to a diet.
I'm determined from tomoro I will be sticking to ww, any advice would be welcome :)
I only say from tomoro as I'm going out later.
I'm about 9.10 at the min I want to lose the final 10lbs, I can't decide whether points or filling and healthy seems to fit into my lifestyle better....
 
Day 1: 9 stone 10lbs

I'm going to do simple start this week, last week I was doing points, spent the whole weeks points in 2 days on choc then binged all week so fingers crossed a fresh start will do me good- I started in the summer at 10.7 but didn't really give simple start or f & h a chance
 
Hi Lauren! How's ur diet going?

Today went like this....

B: Banana

D: 2 crumpets & laughing cow light triangle

T: sweet potato fries & bowl of chicken curry

S: another bowl of curry later on

I used my daily oil to make the fries, I hope this is right I have to be carful with portion sizes I piled weight on in SW this reminds me a lot of it...
 
Monday

Exercise DVD at home

B: shredded wheat, banana & skimmed milk

D: Crumpets, laughing cow light triangle & homemade veg soup

S: Pineapple & banana

T: Steak, mushrooms, sweetcorn & jacket potato

S: Options hot choc

I feel like I ate too much today, this is my problem with simple start I never know when to stop eating I like to finish my meals :S

Tuesday

Today's been a funny day as I forgot my breakfast then had to rush back out from home to go the gym after work...

B: ham & cucumber warbutons thin

S: banana

D: 2 crumpets & light cheese triangle & apple

S: ham warbutons thin

Gym: toning class & 15 hillwalking

T: I'm not sure what to have I can't be bothered cooking and feel like iv had lots of bready things today already...
 
Tea ended up being a tuna jacket with salad & ex light mayo followed by pineapple in juice (drained).

Simple start is helping me to stop binging I hope it makes a difference on the scales too...

Wednesday

B: Egg mushroom tomato sandwich thin

D: Soup, crumpets & light cheese triangle

S: Apple & banana

T: 2 ww sausages, mash, peas & gravy

I know ww sausages arent on simple start I had no choice by the time I got home from work last night I hope it hasn't ruined my diet for the week

Thursday

B: Shredded wheat, 1% milk & banana

D: Tuna mayo jacket & salad

S: Apple

Gym: 45 cardio & 30 abs

T: Crumpets, light cheese triangle & beans

I'm getting a bit worried now about weigh day, I haven't felt hungry all week but haven't over eaten, fingers crossed this diet works!

I might do simple start for another week if it does, those 2 daily treats definately don't add up to the 49 u can have on f&h surely it must work better
 
Hi, well I've got quite a bit to lose as I had a baby 13 weeks ago. I lost 6lb in my first week but gained half a pound last wk. Expected it tho as I had drinks n dominos pizza. When Is ur weigh day? Do u go to group? X
 
6lbs is lots well done! Mmm I bet it was worth it! Aaw just 13 weeks ago so cute :)
No I don't go to group I've been paying monthly pass too, I feel like that spare hour on a sat morning is best spent at a gym class or something or if I go to a weeknight class I starve all day then binge after class, Have u been going? Keep up the good work your doing brilliant!
 
Friday

5k run outside & 20 mins arm toning

B: Shredded wheat, banana & 1% milk

D: 2 ham & cucumber sandwich thins

S: apple, banana & grapes

T: Spag Bol

S: hot chocolate
 
Saturday

B: Banana

Gym: circuit class

D: Egg, mushroom & tomato warbutons thin

S: 2 gooey cookies & haribo sweets

T: 2 fishcakes, peas, chips & tartar sauce

I've decided to stick to simple start as long as I can, with lots of exercise and a treat on a Saturday :) if I start to gain I'll start counting again for portion control.

I've just weighed myself I'm 9.8 woo lost 2lbs this week! I have lots planned the next few days hopefully I sts, I mightn't weigh myself for a few weeks so there's no last binges, drawing the lines, fresh starts I love so much...
 
Sunday:

B: Shredded wheat, banana & 1% milk

S: Gooey cookies & marshmallows

D: Crumpets, ham & light cheese triangle

My snacks definately weren't on SF oops... :-(
 
Monday 9.8

Well the rubbish I ate yesterday hasn't made too much of an impact on my weight, it will prob show tho so il have to be extra careful. Today plan:

Exercise DVD
B: 2 eggs, 2 warbutons thins & mushrooms
D: Crumpets, light cheese triangle & ham
T: Homemade burger on a warbie thin & veg
 
Tuesday

S: ham & cucumber warbie thin
Gym: 15 hillwalk & circuit class
T: cheese & crackers

My tea tonight wasn't simple start either I know...
 
Wednesday

Today's plan:

B: egg & mushroom warbie thin
S: banana
D: crumpets, cheese triangle & ham
T: out for tea with the family later there's not many healthy options, so il prob have soup of the day if it not creamy, and the fajitas minus the wraps. Lets see how good I can be... :-(
