Hi everyone

I decided to do an diary where i can keep an eye on stuff and obviously other people to see if going wrong anywhere, and also to get nice menu's from others while browsing their diaries :flirt2:

Im a slow loser, i have tried SS for first week and only lost 2.5lbs and i was a bit gutted as i can lose 7lbs easily, so i went onto propoints, to which i only lost 1lbs.

I cut out pepsi max which did boost weight loss one week to 3lbs but since then hasnt boost anything, but not drinking that has stopped nasty vile gas in chest thank godness.

Last week i did filling and healthy and lost 2lbs which i was delighted :D, so from now on i will hopefully be doing filling and healthy, but obviously i can change the day to propoints if any emergencies fall.

Menu for today is as :-

B - Crumpets, bacon medallion, mushrooms, poached egg and baked beans

L - Left over sweet and sour chicken and brown rice (2pps sauce)

D - Pork loin chop with chinese sauce marinated (2pps), broc, cauli, carrots, fine beans, sprouts

S - pineapple, mango, banana, strawberries, orange juice (2pps) smoothie, skimmed milk, options drink (1pp)

Afternoon all

Had good day yesterday and really like the weight watchers hot chocolate was very yum, i normally have cadbury's hot chocolate with skimmed milk, but it works out around 4-5pps. Well i couldn't have this with just water so i added skimmed milk and i can have up to 4-5 cups than just one originally :D so im happy, also options Belgian is nice too.

Menu for today, filling and healthy

Early morning - 250ml orange juice (3pps), banana, strawberries, mango and pineapple (smoothie)

Breakfast - 3 egg omelette, mushrooms, peppers, tomato's, bacon and some baked beans

Lunch - 1 warburton thin, crumbled ham, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, spring onion and light mayo (1pp)

Dinner - Unsmoked gammon, sweet pototo (chips), baked beans, poached egg and mushrooms

Snacks - ww or options hot chocolate (1pp), 200ml skimmed milk, either ww ice cream or ww breakfast bar (2pps)

Welcome to Ww boards like you I'm doing Ww but I'm doing pp as if I did f&h I wouldn't know when to stop lol tried sw in the past but put weight on , had been successful when it was points and got to goal but over years I have put back on again . In the 4 weeks I have lost 9.5 lbs got my 5% and stone award on Tuesday as I already had some weight off from previous attempts . I love Ww and have a day off every tue after wi it has worked so far touch wood . Keep up good work and keep focused even if it only 7lb at a time if u have 7 or 70 to lose take your time and well done on your losses so far . Xxx

Yes its hard and havvent posted since last two posts as i went not totally off plan just couldnt be bothered if you like to put it lol

well i had 1.5lb gain, but i was expecting this, and i was fine with it, as im totally on the ball again now. Im just trying to work out which is best for me, atm im doing filling and healthy and having 7pp a day from weeklies and see if that helps.

SW yes i put weight on, on that haha, and well done at getting to goal and you will get there again no doubt.

Tuesday menu's

B - 2 poached eggs with crumpets

L - warby thin, lettuce, tom, spring onions, cucumber with crumbled ham, light mayo (1pp)

D - Chicken with bacon medallions wrapped around with light philli in middle (1pp), courgettes, mushrooms, parsnips, peppers

S - skimmed milk, ww hot chocolate (1pp), belgain hot chocolate (1pp) ww chocolate roll (2pp)

Been busy this morning came home and had brunch

Brunch - 2 thins with bacon lettuce tomato and heinz mayo (1pp)

Dinner - 2 x ww brown pitta's, mince meat, cauli, carrots, broc and heinz mayo (1pp)

snacks 2 belgain choco (2pps) maybe ww hot chocolate (1pp) ww ice cream (2pps), fruit to snack on and sugar free jelly
