It feels like I've been trying to lose weight constantly for the past 3 years but I'm trapped on a roller coaster of weigh in ups and downs!
I've been following Slimming World for the past 2 years and managed to lose nearly 8 stone up until this time last year. Then sadly my Mum became ill with secondary breast cancer and passed away in March. My health has gone out the window since then and I've regained nearly all the weight I've lost.
At 29 I need to sort it out. I'm looking to get married and have kids in the next year and I want to be at a healthy weight first. As I know Slimming World so well I can cheat it so easily - hopefully now I've switched to Weight Watchers the change will help me find my motivation again.
I joined at my local class on Monday and so today is my 3rd day on Simple Start. The irony? The first week is basically Slimming World but next week the pro points kick in and that's what I'm waiting for! Anyways, today's food:
Breakfast - Mini shredded Wheat, skimmed milk and sweetener
Lunch - Warburton brown thin filled with a fried egg, pineapple and sugar free raspberry jelly
Dinner - Salmon fillet, jacket potato, cauliflower and carrots
Extra Treats - Jaffa cakes and WW Caramel wafer
Snacks - Banana and apple
