    Chunkys ww diary! Trying again......

    Hi!
I've been "dieting" for nearly 2 years?! I've managed to loose about 31/2 stone doing slimming world, calorie counting and most recently weight watchers!
The last few months all I've been doing is switching between Ww and sw!! Mainly when I run out of points/syns don't stick to the diet have a huff then swap over to the other!!!! Ha ha!
I am driving myself (and my husband mad!) I have decided to stick to Ww I find it to be the most flexible for me right now! I have 2 kids and my husband is Ill so need to be able to grab and go?!?!
Anyway enough rambling I've decided to start again tomorrow with a fresh start! Would do it today but were going to a firework display and it would be rude not to sample the bonfire toffee and the chilling bottle of white in the fridge.....
I'm hoping that keeping track and owning up to my naughtys will help me, feel free to say if I'm pointing things wrong etc I need all the help I can get at them min!!
    Thanks for reading x x

Hi I'm starting a new week from today! I switched to SW last week for the 1000th time?!?! And yet again I got fed up ......
I'm starting WW again today and I wont swap again cos I'm driving myself bonkers and not loosing any weight!
    Any hoo today's food plan.....
I've been Christmas shopping so skipped breakfast
Dinner: greggs mexican chicken oval bite 10 pp
Tea: mini kievs, SW chips (150g cooked) home made coleslaw x yummy x

Just to add I've taken the points off my weeklies for a bottle of wine (just to add I won't drink it all tonight...... Ha ha) just find it easier than measuring glasses out x

I think my problem is I've been doing SW for years so feel a bit loyal if that makes sense lol?! But if in honest I want white bread and cereal etc plus my portion sizes are shockingly bad!
At Christmas "elves" come to our house on Christmas eve and bring jarmas, bed socks, slippers and a DVD and we have hot choc and open the Christmas chocolates! So good old primark saved the day today although it was manic!!!!!!
    X x

Yeah that's what we do! My kids love it! Good for you for not giving up! X even not doing it 100% is better than saying stuff it, sometimes things/life gets in the way! I've been either maintaining or loosing and gaining the same 2 pound for months! But I'm still trying?!

Can't wait for Christmas! I'm so greedy though I am going to have to limit myself a bit! X

Thank you! I love SW and did loose 3 stone but put 1 back on grrrr! But once I had tried WW I love the freedom of being able to eat anything! (within reason ha ha) sometimes I want cereal for breakfast and a wrap/Sarnie for dinner?! But it's a no no on SW extra easy without a million syns! I'm really trying now I am so close to my first target (going to see how I feel when I hit it to see if I want to loose more x). Thanks for the support! X have you got a diary? Need all the ideas I can get! X
