Morning :)

I am re-starting WW today and thought a diary might help! I am a typical yo yo dieter and my weight is very rarely stable!! I recently lost 2 stone but have put some back on :(
I know I need to create new habits and change my life style, I just need to do it!
I have a fair bit of weight to lose (probably about 4 stone) for now though I am just going to focus on getting back to that 2 stone loss and would love to be back there in time for Christmas :)
 
Well yesterday I wasn't actually as prepared as I thought I was so I went shopping and got in everything I need!
Today is now day 1 and so far today:

breakfast - fruit
Lunch - cheese and ham omelette (7pp) and a muller light (2pp)

I will be having a roast tonight and that will come in at about 10pp.
I am having 29 pp per day so will still have a few left to play with :)
 
Day 1 is nearly done :)
I still had 10 pp to use this evening so I am currently sat here with a hot chocolate and 3 french fancies :) :)
 
Just got in from work so not the best lunch but counted the pp!
Cheese thin (4pp)
walkers pops (2pp)
2 wafer bars (4pp)

I very nearly just thought 'stuff it' but I have managed to stay in control of what I'm putting in my mouth!!!

Not sure what we are having for dinner tonight? Poss spag bol or maybe chicken breasts with low fat chips?

I am starting to work my way through some of the diary's on here and will have a look at yours later if that's ok? (If I remember correctly you have quite a lengthy diary so could take a while!!! :) ) xx
 
Are you attending a class or doing it from home? It's so hard to get back into it isn't it! x
 
I think mixing and matching WW and SW is fairly common. I know a couple of people following one plan and going to the opposite meeting. I started off with SW, switched over to WW fairly quickly and I generally enjoy it a lot better, but a few weeks ago I got out my SW books to see if I could food optimise my F&H choices any better or had any SW inspiration. If I had a convenient class I might have gone back to see if it was any different this time around. :eek:

I'm the same, I bounce from sw to ww depending on how my mood takes me! Someone's ww fits into my life the best and other times it sw. I love both plans equally! I find sw helps me make better choices, whereas I can go a little bit mad with ww and end up 'wasting' my points on junk that doesn't fill me up. I then end up binging and then the viscous cycle starts all over again.

I had garlic chicken, new potatoes and carrots this evening, very nice and only 8pp!
I now have the urge to eat!!!! I have a box of lindt chocs and can have 5 this evening with the 10pp I have left which is what I was planning, but there is a box of open doughnuts and biscuits in the cupboard which I want too!!! I always find the first few days tough until I get into it :(
I really need to try and resist as if I start with the 'extras' that I haven't planned for I wont stop!!!!

I always have this problem in the evenings as well, your not alone! Do you like hot chocolate? I often find that a mug of this and a rubbish magazine/tv and a dog cuddle helps take my mind off it! It doesn't always work but it does 8/10 xx
