I've decided to start posting my food diaries here, with the hope that the idea of publicly sharing what I eat will motivate me to make good choices ;)

I had a very bad morning, eating pringles and chocolate and god knows what else. I am just pretending that this morning didn't happen. It's important to remember that what happened yesterday or is irrelevant. I can't go back in time and change it, so there's no point worrying about it. Instead I will worry about what i do tomorrow.

Breakfast, Lunch, snacks

Stuff I should not have eaten. (lots and lots of points)

Dinner
Gammon (5 points)
Chips (5 points)
Peas (0 points)

Banana (0 points)

Today was NOT a good day. It wasn't until late afternoon that I decided I needed to stop. Tomorrow will be a better day! :)
 
We all have days like that. I need to restart a food diary to make myself more accountable. Still need to lose 3 stone to get to top of my healthy bmi and determined to do it before wedding in September so I look good on the photos.
 
Evening, How has your day been today?


Today was a strange day! I was very busy at work, and did not eat anything until 5pm! So it was good in that i didnt have time to eat too much, but it isnt something i want to make a habit of.




i have the next 2 days ofF though, so will be able to eat properly, and keep a better record of what i am eating.

I know what you mean, Some days I am so busy at work I hardly have time to eat! You just need to be careful not to let yourself get to hungry as then is when you can just eat whatever is in sight! (well I do anyway :) :) )

Yes, i do have that habit of getting home from work and just having to try a little bit of everything we have in the house ;)

i did lose 4 stone on WW, but then i hit a plateau that has lasted for over a year!

tomorrow i will actually start tracking properly again. I went out for a meal today, so didnt worry too much about tracking, just made sure i didnt go overboard with anything.

That's good. Definitely better than not pointing at all. That's how I've been over the weekend really, because I've been at work. Today I tracked properly though, and am surprised at how easy it was.
 
This was me about, I think, 3 years ago. I think I was probably about 19 stone here.

These two pictures are definitely inspiration for me not to put weight on again, and remind me of how far I have come. I still have a long way to go until I will be happy with my weight, though!
 
Ha ha! Just sounds so odd!? You look fab in your pics you sjluld be very proud!!! I would love to go out in a dress! X

you will go out in a dress one day! I was really scared when i started wearing dressing, but it felt really good when i did it. :)
