Jenn Jens final journey to ultimatel goal <3 <3 <3
Hello all, :-), I've been on a bit of a journey with my weight over the last few years and in finally getting near to where I want to be, I was over 15 stone a year ago, and now using weight watchers and slim fast for around 5 weeks before my weekend away I just had I've made it down to 11 stone exactly (although I may of possibly gained a few pounds back over the weekend) I will find out on Saturday which is my official weigh in day. So I'm starting my final part of my weight loss journey today to get my my ultimate goal :-), cannot wait to finally get there, I know it won't be a quick thing but I want to do it properly this time.
So not entirely sure On my weight at the mo but was 11 st exactly last Saturday expecting a few pounds gain and then will go from there.
Food diary today:
Breakfast: porridge 5pp
Lunch: egg mayo sandwich 7pp
Dinner: Marcoroni cheese 9pp
Snacks: banana 0pp
Muller light 2pp
cereal bar 2pp
hot choc 1pp
I've set my new goals to be 10 stone I think this is where I want to stay, and then maintain that weight. X
