Hello :)

Starting a WW diary to help me stay on track. I've been a member of WW before, but have never really tried my best or stuck to it for longer than a couple of weeks. Desperate to finally kick my unhealthy relationship with food and be skinny (ish) for summer. I tend to eat when...
* I'm sad
* I'm bored
* I'm stressed
* I'm lonely
* I'm happy
* To celebrate

You get the picture.. I just like to eat! I tried slimming world again after Christmas but already sick of it. Here's hoping WW is the diet (or life time healthy eating plan) for me.

Happy to receive any tips/advice. If I've tracked wrong please tell me :) Not joining class until next Saturday, but using google, ww magazines and the ww website, I've planned a pro points week. Starting Monday

Hi :) Thanks for the follow! Do you have a diary too? I'm officially starting tomorrow, but I've had quite a good day. I was very happy to learn malteaser bunnies are only 5PP! How are you doing? x
 
I do hun think its called restart i loveee anything to do with maltesers will u be doing propoints or filling and healthy x
 
I think I'm going to go straight in with points, then maybe do a couple of filling and healthy days. Will find out more when I join class next week. Have you done it for long? x
 
I think it all depends on ureself hun i joined 2013 march and lost 2 stone and lost 2 stone by april then gained and gradually gained a stone through abti depressants devasted its really good diet though x

Hey! I've had no internet! Will start posting again tomorrow! Was having SUCH a good week until yesterday... TGI Fridays 3 courses, cocktails and I somehow had room for more alcohol and cheesy chips last night. Blurgh! Woke up this morning with the hangover from hell which result in macdonalds breakfast :) Tomorrow is a new day! x x
 
Ur weekend is the same ad mine lol i had so many vodkas friday and want to eat everythin in site had a vew words with someone wich werent nice and havnt eat mcdonalds is calling me ur food is making me hungry lol x
