My first time at Weight Watchers...

    Hiya,

I'm new to Weight Watchers and went to my first meeting last Monday... It took me a little while to get my head around the ProPoints system and measuring everything out.

I have a quick question though... I get quite a lot of points to use throughout the day due to my weight, but I am nowhere near using them all. I usually get the munchies at about 9PM at night unfortunately... If I have enough ProPoints am I allowed to eat at this time of night? I've always thought it was bad to eat after a certain time of night.

I'm not talking about a massive meal, but just something to nibble like a packet of snack a jacks?

I'm useless at this healthy eating malarky!

Hi I don't think there's anything wrong with that. I'm a newbie too but I've been having a two finger twirl (5pp) and an options hot choc each evening.

I've heard lots of people save some points to have a treat or two in the evening good luck x

    Ah thank you both!
That's amazing to know, I had my 2nd meeting today and bought some of their chocolate bits so that'll come in handy tonight lol

It's amazing how much it spurs you on when you're not cutting everything that you like out completely! x

Hiya! That's good to hear lol, it's the only thing I've been really missing and craving, so to know I can have a little something is really good! Of course you're not coming across as interfering, any help or advice I can get is really appreciated... All of the treats I got last night are 2pp each but you're right it cost me 6 for 3 packets of chocolate bars lol... What do you usually have to get your choccie fix?
I'm doing ProPoints at the moment, filling and healthy seems ok but I haven't tried it yet... Haven't got my head around the foods I can eat on it lol x
