I'm new to Weight Watchers and went to my first meeting last Monday... It took me a little while to get my head around the ProPoints system and measuring everything out.
I have a quick question though... I get quite a lot of points to use throughout the day due to my weight, but I am nowhere near using them all. I usually get the munchies at about 9PM at night unfortunately... If I have enough ProPoints am I allowed to eat at this time of night? I've always thought it was bad to eat after a certain time of night.
I'm not talking about a massive meal, but just something to nibble like a packet of snack a jacks?
I'm useless at this healthy eating malarky!
