I started WW.....again, last Tuesday., but this time on -line! Did PP for two days then decided to switch to Filling and Healthy. Does anyone else wonder OMG I should not be eating soooo much! I can't believe I can eat Shredded wheat all day if I choose to! Well Yesterday Ive had a banana and crumpet with honey for breakie, omelette with toms, mushrooms,and wafer thin Turkey plus another crumpet! Then roast chicken dinner, with loads of veggies and potatoes cooked in the ActiFry. I've also had two glasses of fizzy. I have earned 45 activity PP and still have 33 left for tomorrow, but will prob earn more today as I have a training lesson with my horse! I can't. Believe I will lose weight like this as i just seem to have been eating All the time! What are other people opinions/successful or unsuccessful!


Today ive had egg, bacon, toms for breakfast, then Turkey roll, PP counted for roll. Then was hungry before dinner so had some shredded wheat. Then Spag Bol for tea and counted PP SnackaJack!

Its weigh day day tomorrow so we will see!

Hi hun good luck for weigh in i am with u on this one i have been havin crumpets most nights as am always peckish before bed my first wek i lost 2 half but uf am honest werent really havin my treats it is baffling though pls let me kno how ur weigh in goes x

It must work coz I lost 5lbs! not sure where from! ....haha.

Ive had shredded wheat bite size and a crumpet with butter and marmalade (pointed) today.

Need to to find out how to make popcorn by not using any fat coz it's free and would make a great snacking food. I suppose I could use the healthy oil allowance, if I can't find how to make it without oil.
