Growing my baby bean with f&h

So i found out saturday that i am pregnant, we have been trying for a few months and thought it would never happen. I gained 3 stone in my last pregnancy and have decided to try stick with filling and healthy this time round to keep my weight under control. I will not be strict with it though just using it as a guideline and will treat myself whenever i feel the need! Heres to a healthy and happy journey to meet my baby, i cant wait!
Starting weight is 10stone 3 lbs.

Day one of my pregnancy diet

Breakfast
Sandwich thin with laughing cow and ham (if i only have 1 laughing cow i never count it)
Decaf coffee
Half a banana

lunch
Soup with 2 sandwich thins
Yogurt

Dinner
Lasagna with salad (nothing about this is f&h but its leftovers so didnt wanna throw it out) i did make it with 5%fat mince so not too bad hopefully! I will count it as my treat today!

Snacks
I have watermelon and homemade muffins packed for work. Will try get some more fruit in too

I had my first doctors appointment today too, my due date is the 17th of october so another 35 weeks, lets hope it goes fast!
 
So i was starving this evening and ive probably eaten too much just had some actifry chips with salad and ketchup i also had two dairymilk chocolates, not a great start to my diary!
 
They were yum thanks, i cant seem to be good but tomorrow is another day although hubby wants pizza for dinner tomorrow, real dominos pizza, my favourite . How am i gonna keep this weight under control!
 
Ok back again majorly fell off the wagon and couldnt drag myself back on! I feel sick when i dont eat for awhile and all i want is carbs! I have gained 2lbs so i am now 10s5lbs which makes me 1lb from being overweight which i dont wanna happen just yet!

Breakfast
Fruit & fibre (not f&h) but all i hadnin and better than buttery toast!

Panini made from ww roll yummy(2pp for cheese 1pp for mayo)

Forgot about lunch
Soup w brown bread and tuna
Also munching on silvermints to keep the nausea away (4pp for the packet)

That panini looks delish am ok hun still on filling and healthy am enjoying it only i dont stop when i am full probly explains my size lol x
 
Haven't been around again, i just cant seem to stay on track, i decided yesterday that i can't keep going on like this, the poor baby is getting nothing good!

So yesterdays food was

Breakfast
2 slimbos
2 sausages (2pp)
Ketchup(1pp)
Bacon
Egg

Lunch
Baked potato
Chilli

Dinner
Pizza made with wrap
Cheese(2pp)
Chips and salad
Extra light mayo (1pp)

Snacks
Strawberries and natural yogurt
Grapes and 2 apples

I know its alot of food but i always feel better with a full belly although i really struggle to start eating its worth it when i'm done!

Today started with porridge

It was yummy and my little lady loved it!
Its a beautiful morning gonna head out for a walk and earn some activity points!
