First day! Feeling good, need to fill up a little more on Fruit & Veg I think :)

Breakfast:

Oat So Simple Heaps Of Fruit - 4

Skimmmed Milk (200ml throughout day) - 2

Lunch:

White Bread x2 - 4

Bacon (no fat) x2 - 2

Ketchup 2tbsp - 1

Dinner:

150g of white rice - 6

Pork Fillet grilled lean - 4

Tabasco Smokey Pepper Creole Sauce - 4

Mangetout - 0

Baby corn - 0

Onions - 0

Snacks:
WW caramel wafer bar - 2

WW caramel mallow x 2 - 3 (they say 1 PP each but when put on the tracker it says 3???)

Went out today with my family & managed to keep on track! Did loads of walking around town. So could have extra potatoes & a couple of treats.

Woke at 2am after finally getting off to sleep at 12, awake till 4am, then up at 6am for work. But I made it through the day :D

Thanks! I've had a crazy busy weekend! I've now only got 2 weeklies left as the OH insisted on takeout, then Mum treated us to a nandos whilst looking @ wedding dresses! I picked the best I could, although I feel like I haven't blown it as I can earn them back!

Well, I earned back 4 pp as I did Zombie 5K training yesterday!

I am just gonna put down food diaries from today onwards as I'm on my mobile & backdating is gonna be a PAIN - I have tracked everything I've eaten over the weekend food bender hence the 43 weeklies gone!
