    First day! Feeling good, need to fill up a little more on Fruit & Veg I think

    Breakfast:

    Oat So Simple Heaps Of Fruit - 4

    Skimmmed Milk (200ml throughout day) - 2

    Lunch:

    White Bread x2 - 4

    Bacon (no fat) x2 - 2

    Ketchup 2tbsp - 1

    Dinner:

    150g of white rice - 6

    Pork Fillet grilled lean - 4

    Tabasco Smokey Pepper Creole Sauce - 4

    Mangetout - 0

    Baby corn - 0

    Onions - 0

    Snacks:
    WW caramel wafer bar - 2

    WW caramel mallow x 2 - 3 (they say 1 PP each but when put on the tracker it says 3???)

    Went out today with my family & managed to keep on track! Did loads of walking around town. So could have extra potatoes & a couple of treats.

    Have you tried the Clipper sleep easy tea? I suffer with insomnia a lot and it has really helped. Just have a mug about an hour before you go to bed xx
