Hi, I have finally joined weight watchers after a few months of not losing weight on slimming world (think I need more rigid structure to the diet that weight watchers provides :) )
Decided to add my food diary on here to keep track of what I eat, to keep me motivated and to ensure I am actually doing this correctly as I have never done weight watchers before :D

Here is yesterdays food diary (my first day on the plan) :)

Breakfast: 50g branflakes (5pp), 142ml skimmed milk (1pp) and a banana.
Lunch: 2 x quorn sausages (4pp), 2 x wholemeal nimble bread (3pp), 1 x egg (2pp) 3tbsp beans (2pp) and 1 tbsp ketchup (1pp)
Dinner: 100g dry white pasta (10pp), 100g quorn pieces (3pp) with tinned tomatoes, peppers and chilli powder for sauce.
Snacks: 2 x crackerbread (1pp), tinned fruit in natural fruit juice (drained), nectarine.
Drinks: water and sugar free squash.
32/34pp used 0/49 weeklies.

Breakfast: 50g branflakes (5pp) with 142ml skimmed milk (1pp) and tinned peaches (natural juice, drained).
6/34 pp used so far, will edit throughout the day to add in what I eat :)

Lunch: egg (2pp) with salad, light Philadelphia cheese ( 2pp) and 6 crackerbreads (3pp)

Dinner: 2 x plain wraps (10pp) with 30g lighter Cheddar cheese (3pp) and 1tbsp mayonnaise (3pp).

Snacks: stars crisps (3pp) and bourbon biscuit (2pp)

34/34 pp used :D. 0/49 weeklies

Hi laura :) I think that if I didn't write it down on here I would definitely lose tratck! Will have to have a look at your diary in the morning. How are you finding the plan :) ?
 
I'm finding it quite good actually. I feel like I'm eating quite a lot...just making healthier choices. How are you finding it? :)
 
I'm finding it good thanks, although am having a hungry day today where I seem to just keep eating and not be full! Think it must be because I'm bored.

Breakfast: 60g branflakes (6pp) with skimmed milk (1pp) - need to switch my breakfast about a bit!

Lunch: Wrap with cheese, mayo and salad (8pp) with fruit and an activia ff yogurt (2pp)

Snack: ww Soup (2pp) and pineapple.

Dinner: 2 x quorn sausage (4pp) with beans (2pp) egg (2pp) and mushrooms and toast (3pp).

Snack: 2 x crackerbread (1pp) and 3 malted milk biscuits (3pp).

34/34pp
Really need to stop eating now as don't want to dip into my weeklies!
Do people tend to use their weeklies or not and if so do you still lose? Worried that an extra 49pp per week is too much and I wouldn't lose on that! :(

Food looks good.
I mostly use my weeklies at the weekends. I think I tend to use about half my weeklies and I still lost 3lb last week :)
 
28/02/15 - didn't get a chance to add this last night as was at work until midnight.

Breakfast: Branflakes (5) with milk (1)

Lunch: Pepper stuffed with vegetables and light philadelphia cheese (2pp), with home-made chips (5pp) and grated cheese (1.5pp).

Snack: 3 shortbread biscuits (6pp)

Dinner: Sandwich thin (3pp) with salad, grated cheese (1.5pp) and mayonnaise (3pp).

Snack: Slice of cake (12pp - not sure so counting this one higher to be on the safe side) and fruit.

Is harder to stay on track when doing the late shift at work so have dipped into my weeklies and haven't eaten as healthily as I should but better than I usually do on a saturday!
Daily: 34/34. Weeklies 6/49

Snack: club bar (3pp)
Lunch: Homemade pizza made from Warburtons thin (3pp) with cheese (3pp) mushrooms onion and tomato puree (1tbsp). Mayonnaise (1pp)
Snack: Malted milk biscuit (1pp)

Dinner: wrap (5pp) with cheese (2pp) and salad. Homemade chips (4pp) and mayonnaise (2pp).
Snack: crisps (4pp)

34/34pp. 0/49 weeklies used today
6/49 total

Have updated today's food diary to include dinner . Have still got some more points so may have something else later. Worried I am eating too much bread but will have to see what happens at weigh in on Tuesday :)

Lunch Cheese and salad wrap (9pp) with chips (5pp)
Snack: orange club bar (3pp)


Dinner: rice noodles (5pp) with soy sauce (1pp) and quorn pieces (2pp)
2 biscuits (2pp) and fruit. Ww dessert pot (2pp)
34/34 . Total weeklies 7/49

Hi I'm good thanks. No I am doing the new one but if I am having mayonnaise or cheese I sometimes use half for lunch and half for dinner making it 1.5 for lunch and 1.5 for dinner. Is it OK to do that because I am still using the total amount for those points? This is my first time doing weight watchers so am still trying to understand the plan :). It's going OK I think will just have to see how tomorrow goes.

Lunch: sandwich and choc bar with fruit (10pp)
Snack: biscuits (7pp) tinned fruit. Polos (1pp)
Dinner: homemade stirfry and wraps (18pp)
We dessert pot (2pp)
34/34 plus 10 weeklies = 17/49 (weeklies start again tomorrow)

Lost 2.5lbs on first weigh in :)

Snack: Club bar (3pp)
Lunch: Homemade vegetable soup (0pp) and bread (3pp)
Snack: Drained tinned peaches and biscuit (2pp)
Dinner: pasta (10pp) and homemade sauce.
Snack: Biscuit (6pp) and crisps (4pp)
34/34pp. 0/49 weeklies. Have stayed within points but haven't eaten as healthily as I wanted to today.
