I joined weightwatchers online after not doing well on slimming world. I was just eating all time as I think I have done so many diets I don't even know wether I'm full or not!! I'm hoping weightwatchers will help me control how much I eat!!
Im a bit scared I will be too greedy with the fruit :( I'm such a greedy guts bottomless pit!!!
I joined online on Saturday and so far so good I think only used a few weekly points just on a sneaky mini malteasers bunny I really couldn't resist!!
will start writing food diary on here tomorrow
Please give me feedback of I'm eating weird stuff or too much fruit :)
 
People should not be allowed to bring chocolate into work!! It's so so so so hard to resist!! So far I have resisted by focusing on the fact that I cannot bare to fail at this diet!!!!

Made it through the day without eating any and they have all been well and truelly scoffed by the others mwahahahaha
off to the gym for a personal trainer weights session. I don't track activity points because if I did I would def just eat them all for the sake of it ha ha

So far so good today resisted a lot of temptations!! Tried to reduce my fruit intake today but craving some fresh mango so may have to grab some on the way home! It's so hard not to jump on the scales been 4.5 days now and I know that is hardly anytime at all and I know that if I don't see a change I will give up already and probably eat loads of stuff and end up fatter!!!
 
No don't give up you are doing great! Get the mango. It's my favourite. I'm naughty a lot of the time and get it pre packed from m&s at £4 a bag!! Talk about lazy I know but it's so sweet and good each time guaranteed whereas I find it hit and miss buying them whole. Either I cut them too soon or leave it too long and their past it! M&S it is, suppose better than £4s worth of chocolate!

Omg I love those bags from m and s!!! I had to settle for tescos tiny tubs!! I bought some frozen pineapple as well but haven't eaten it yet!! Going to see if I can eat it frozen like so each but will last longer!! I woll
probs end up breaking my teeth :/

Hiya weigh in is on Saturday morning just at home I'm doing it online. Slim pasta is basically this weird slimmy slippery stuff that comes in water from holland and barrat. Tonight was first time I had tried it. It's expensive but I saw it in there and thought I would see what it was like when I put it in to the calculator it came up as zero points. It tastes weird. If you put slim pasta into google it's the first picture that comes up on images coms in a purple pouch. X x

Today tried to be really active and have been for a swim this morning. Just waiting for a personal trainer session at half past. I looked at my fitness myfitness pal diary and she has lost loads of weight recently but when I looked at what she was eating she was only eating 900 calories a day and come days like 500. She is super skinny. I just know I couldn't do that it would panic me!!
 
Wow that's hardly anything. Much harder to sustain that way. Although a lot of people seem to do the 5:2 diet and on their 2 days it's only 509 cals a day. It's not for me, I need to keep eating otherwise feel really faint and unwell. X

Do you make you oats so simple with milk or water? I need a filling breakfast idea n if it's with milk I will get some oats so simple for 3pp :) x
