Helloha everyone, I'm back after attempting every diet going, i find that weight watchers is the best for me and fits in with my hectic lifestyle, I lost a load of weight doing slim fast last year, I looked and felt amazing but after getting back to normal eating plus Christmas and a holiday I've put every single pound back on :-(, boo!!!! I want to now lose it sensibly and slowly so that I will be able to keep it off once and for all, I hate hate hate being the size I am so I know I'm ready to lose it, I'm currently 12st 8lbs and I am weighing in every Saturday i go to boots and get it printed out, seeing it on paper keeps me motivated, love seeing the numbers drop :), my goal Is to get down to 9 stone 8lbs so I have 3 stone to lose :), I can do it!!! I've got te new Charlotte Crosby exercise DVD here I haven't tried it yet, so I am going to put it on later and go for it, I've also got an exercise bike which I need to start using again, and am signing up for the race for life, so will be getting out running :), so I have a lot to aim for this year, but it's all doable so here goes nothing!!
 
Hi here to subscribe i also lost a bit of weight with slimfast i bought 2 the other day thinkin when i go gym or for walk could have one if i go hungry i loose control lol good luck u can do this x
