Hi everyone. I am working away and am now on to my 12th week of eating in restaurants. Over the last 12 weeks, I have put on over a stone! I normally do Slimming World but this doesn't work when eating out, so a friend suggested Weight Watchers.

I started on Thursday 14th May and have 42 points per day.

Here, I'm going to share my daily food and hopefully this will help anyone else in my position.

DAY 1 - WED 13.05.2015 - TOTAL 35pp

LUNCH - 3pp
• Florette sweet and crunchy salad - 0pp
• Tesco wafer thin chicken (6 slices) - 1pp
• Marmite rice cakes (1 bag) - 2pp

DINNER - 32pp
• 1/3 Zizzi's Italian bread bucket - 6pp
• 1/3 Zizzi's tuscan potatoes - 2pp
• Zizzi's Pepperoni Campagna classic pizza - 24pp
• Diet coke - 0pp

SNACKS
• Apple - 0pp
• Banana - 0pp
• Black tea - 0pp
 
DAY 2 - THU 14.05.2015 - TOTAL 42pp

LUNCH - 6pp
• M&S Teriyaki beef salad bites - 4pp
• WW Dark chocolate and mint biscuit - 2pp

DINNER - 34pp
• Nandos chicken breast pitta - 9pp
• Nandos spicy rice - 7pp
• Nandos chips - 13pp
• Halloumi side - 5pp
• Diet coke - 0pp
