My Mood: Rep Power: 1 ![]() Diet: weightwatchers | saturday 20/9/08 No breakfast- was stll full after last nights chinese and wine!!! ![]() Lunch 2 slices kinsmill 50/50 - 3pts 1 slice ham- 1pt snackajacks- 1.5pts Tea roast chicken- 3pts new pots- 3pts veg- 0pts gravy- 2pts Total so far-13.5 some left to spend later! ![]() Update- also had 2 small botles of white wine- 4pts bag of snacka jacks- 2pts Total for day-19.5

My Mood: Rep Power: 1 ![]() Diet: weightwatchers | Hi all. Have really neglected my diary lately and not been to WI either for a couple of weeks. Its been really hectic at home and at work but i havstill been quite good. Saturday Brekkie None- went to watch son play footie Lunch baxters healthy soup, veg and lentil- 2pts 2 slices bread- 3pts snackajaks- 2pts Tea roast chicken- 3pts new potatoes- 3pts veg- 0pts 1 glass white wine- 2pts 1 can of lager- 2pts Total for day-17 pts Sunday Brekkie- none again, at football Lunch Ham salad bread roll- 5pts snackajacks- 1.5pts Tea home made beef curry and rice- 11pts 3 poppadoms- 1.5pts onion baji- 1.5pts cucumber and spring onion chopped- 0pts 1 can of lager- 2pts TOTAL for day 22.5pts no exercise, feeling ill but i did wash the car so burned some cals? My Mood: Rep Power: 1 ![]() Diet: weightwatchers | Its Saturday and here's my food diary for the day. Went to WW on thutsday and so gutted to have put on 1.5lbs Ive gpt 3 weeks left till my holiday and i really want to lose 6 pounds by then. I need to get back to the gym cos i dont lose any weight by just dietng and doing no exercise, so am gonna try really hard from now onLesley x Breakfast none Lunch ham salad roll- 4pts snackajacks- 2pts Tea roast chicken- 3pts 300g new potatoes- 3pts veg-0pts gravy-1.5pts Glass of WW wine- 2pts TOTAL-15.5pts will prob spend more later

My Mood: Rep Power: 1 ![]() Diet: weightwatchers | Today is sunday 10th November. Thought i'd better start up my diary again Its been a hectic few weeks, just got back from a lovely hoiday in tenerife and i am about 8 pounds heavier after eating and drinking like a pig for a couple of weeks!! So here we go again. Still on 22 points a day.... Breakfast- none lunch- ham salad sandwich made with ww bread- 5pts bag of sainsbury's soya snacks- 1.5pts weightwatchers fromage frais- 1pt total so far today- 7.5pts Went to gym, 25mins cross trainer, 10 mis treadmill and some weights- burning about 300 cals Snack 4 ryvitas with philly lite on- 3pts? Tea- homemade beef curry and rice- 11pts

I seriously need to get back on track and lose some weight before xmas or I will never getanyhting nice to wear. Anyway, back to the diary..
