    Tony Horton

    Has anyone tried Tony Horton 10 minute trainer. I have trained (hard trained too) for years but now due to back issues I am having to rethink training. No no no to swimming before anyone else suggests it, heard it way too often. Got bleach blonde hair that takes hours to dry and get to look nice, can't be doing with all that blowdrying lol. Anyway I've seen this on a shopping channel and all my previous experience tells me that the short bit i've seen and heard it really seems to hit the mark. i have done fair bit of Gillian michaels 30 day shred but find jumping jacks etc really aggravate back and knees, although for anyone out there without joint issues I can't recommend the dvd highly enough (and much cheapness on amazon) so was thinking does anyone have any experience of the Tony Horton method?

    sorry i havent done it. i was reading your post and thinking i would recommend the 30 days shred as thats what im doing but youve already tried that!!!!!!
