Cool Moving from Exante to WW

    Hello!

I've been on Exante for 15 weeks and have lost 48lb. I've spent the last couple of days trying to decide if I should buy 1 more monthly pack or move to Weight Watchers - I signed up online tonight

I'm a little nervous about the whole thing and I know it's likely that I'll put on weight when I come off the VLCD, but I'll just have to deal with it and stick with WW!

Any tips? Looking forward to making meals again! xx

I was on Exante for 10 weeks and lost 3.7 stone. I was daft though, didnt join WW straight after Exante so ive gained around 9 lbs or so. You might have a small gain 1st week but after that you should even out. Dont be disheartened with it all, your body has to cope with another change.
