Ooooo should be interesting !!!
There are elements to WW that is purely about making a profit. Their food range is massive (a sign our lives are often too busy to cook properly or even too lazy) and the fee to be weighed in class is £6 odds so they certainly know how to make their business profitable but people know this and they make a choice to pay the money as i do. I know myself that i shouldn't have to go to a class to jump on a set of scales for a complete stranger and to be told the obvious with regards to eating habits but i have chosen to do it every week. Deep down we all know how to lose eight: eat less and move more but some of us need the encouragement or motivation from attending classes. WW as a brand is successful because it is worldwide and chances are we all know someone who has done it in the past. This programme will be very interesting to watch!
Originally started in Jan 2013 but went totally off the rails during Feb thanks to going back to work. Have restarted for the last time...

I just watched it on the plus one and it wasn't as interesting as I thought it would. Quite disappointed actually.

Totally agree!! Maybe ww don't advertise on channel 4 so they had an axe to grind lolOriginally Posted by suzyqirnbru
exactly ladies. I mean i already knew ww crisps were less crisps for more money..but in a pinch I'm much more likely to eat a bag and feel satisfied then eat a pack of normal crisps and leave some in the end for less points... they made the ww follwers look like were idiots!
I found this program more than a bit one-sided and misleading really, and not at all good reporting. At the end of the day we all know that WW is a business and has to make money, and we all know perfectly well how to find out the points on cheaper products to save money...we're not idiots! Picking up a business on being a business is like complaining at a duck for quacking. Perfect example of why I tend not to watch Channel 4 if I can help it.
