    Losing weight with WW

    I am going on a cruise at the end of June and would love to lose weight and get into the best shape I can by then. I hear great things about WW. But wasn't sure if this would be a great place to start if I am wanting to lose about 2 pounds a week. So my question is...


    I know everyone's different but can you have successful weight loss of about 2 pounds a week doing weight watchers?

    Hi haileyb, since I joined back at the start of Nov I have averaged 2lbs a week. The first two weeks Iost more but after that my losses have mainly been between 1.5 & 2lbs. Have lost 30lbs in total Good luck, u can do it!

    Diet: weight watchers /skinny fiber/exercise
    Height: 5ft4in
    Start Date: August 2012
    Start Weight: 14st4.5lb
    Current Weight: 10st2.5lb
    Goal Weight: 9st9lb


    BMI Information:
    Start BMI: 34.4
    Current BMI: 24.5
    Goal BMI: 23.2


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 4st2lb
    Weight to Lose: 0st7.5lb
    % Lost 28.93%
    I love the new program as its just so workable especially if you also have a busy life LOL. Good luck if thats what you choose.
