Tips for holidays
I am due to go on holiday on 17th August and wonder how people get through their holidays, any tips for staying on track with WW. I want to enjoy my hols but do not want to use it as an excuse to eat what I want. I don't drink alcohol so that is not an issue for me. Its more the temptations when out for meals etc.
Remember that you've got your Weeklies and try and go for Walks/Swims to earn some AP, I let my hair down on holiday last week, put on 2lbs but I lost it again this week by just getting straight back on track once I was home! Holidays only come once or twice a year, the diet will be here when u get back! A diet is for life, not just for Christmas. X
