New to WW.. ProPoints.. Simple Start?!??! Confussed!

Hi All
Firstly, Im new here so I hope this post is in the right place! I'd really appreciate any help I can get..

Ive done Slimming world for the last two years, and lost 3 stone in year one, and a big fat 0stone 0lbs in the second! I stopped going about four weeks ago because I'm fed up with it and I feel as if I've gained a stone!

Anyway, the point is, its new year and I am NOT gaining all this weight again and have considered joining WW tomorrow. I think since leaving my parents and living with my BF I probably eat too much and SW just encourages that with free food ect.. I need something to help with my portion control.. Maybe WW can help with that?

I have never done WW but kind of understood a little about ProPoints but in preparation of joining tomorrow I see this "Simple Start" .. Doesnt work on points ect?

I just hoped someone could shed some light for me because I really need help with my portion control and hopes the structured pro points plan would help with this

Hi. I've just joined up too. You don't need to do the simple start and can jump straight on to pp, think it just intends as a gentle introduction and also encourages healthy food where the points can be on anything. I believe it's simple start they are pushing at the meetings but am sure you'll get all info. I go online x

As above, you can still do the pp's. I'm sticking with this, like lots of others as it does help with portion control. Good luck hon, whatever you decide.
 
I joined WW on Friday and was a bit gutted to be put on simple start, I've done WW before and love being able to eat what I want as long as it's within my points but even though I find the simple start restrictive I am giving it a go for one week but that's all I'm doing it for.

yeah all u can do is try it but i think if you are happy with pps then stick to what you know!
