    Morning all

    I am back on plan 2day & trying my hardest 2b gd after a not so gd last wk!!!!!

    I am down visiting family for the wknd & meeting at a wetherspoons 4 dinner. Does ne1 no wot is suitable there 4 following SS? Baked potato & steak is the only thing I can thing of!!

    I have lost 5.5 of the above -SO FAR!!! Not nice to look at but motivation every time I see it!!!!!
