Here are some tasty pudding ideas

So me and hubby have been watching Jamie's 15 Minute Meals and seen him using sheets of filo pastry to make savoury dishes...a sheet is only 3 propoints, so we started getting creative on amazing puds...seriously, these taste so naughty and amazing...don't seem 'diet' at all!

HOT CHOCCY CAKEY PASTRY. Take half a sheet of Jus-Rol filo pastry, and squash (with your hands) a Weight Watchers chocolate mini-roll in the middle of one of the edges of it. Fold the edges in, then roll it up...so you have a squashed mini-roll all wrapped up in pastry. Heat a frying pan over a medium heat...couple of sprays of Fry-Lite...then pop your pastry parcel in the pan and cook it either side until the pastry has gone golden and flaky. Serve it up in a bowl...add some ice-cream if you have points for it (our fave is Wall's Cream of Cornish...you get a decent amount for points and it is DELICIOUS!) and you have an amazing pud that's a bit like a chocolate fondant in lovely crispy pastry ;o) 4 propoints plus whatever you use for ice-cream.

Other things we've also wrapped in pastry (although these have needed a whole sheet):
Banana and a snipped-up Curly Wurly
Banana and a broken up Freddo
Griddled slices of apple with ground cinnamon and a sprinkle of sweetener

All delicious and they only take about 5 mins to throw together!
