Frozen veggies in 0 point soups?

    Hi everyone,

I haven't ever made 0 point soup before...I know, I'm a disgrace lol. I want to make it now that the weather is getting colder and also because I'll be working from home a lot in the coming weeks; if I have a pot made then I won't be tempted to reach for the bread! Do any of you use frozen veggies in your soups or does it have to be fresh? I have things like cabbage, broccoli, frozen peppers etc in the freezer and want to use them in it if possible.

    Thanks! x
