    Hairy Dieters Recipe Book

    I just wondered if anyone has this, and if so is it any good? i had a flick thru my mums and saw some good looking dishes, but didnt work out the points.
    Week 1: -4lbs

    Goal 1: to lose 5% = 13lbs. (so, 9lbs to go)
