Hiya everyone :)

I'm wanting to start baking, but don't want to sabotage my WW plan. Does anyone know of some easy baking recipes which are ProPoints friendly? Either cakes, biscuits or breads would do - just fancy something to do to fill my Sunday afternoon with :)

Thanks! x

Ooo I would love some recipes too! Been watching the great british bake off this week and am desperate to make something :) xx

Haha - that's *exactly* why I want to bake...some of the stuff they make looks awesome! :) x

I love to bake and the closest I have got to ww friendly recipe is the hairy bikers low fat lemon muffins xx

I have just picked up my books from the library (after reserving them 2 weeks ago). One has been updated with propoints but the other hasnt, and sods law that the nicer looking things are in the book that hasnt got pps in. Im picking out my fave recipes and converting them. There are some delicious looking recipes though including one for chocolate fudge which im dying to try! Theres all sorts, brownies, cakes, biscuits etc. Once ive tried, if successful, ill post up.

The books are Cook smart desserts and Cook smart baking (with pp). Id say theyre a must if you have a sweet tooth or like baking.
