Recipe using philidelipa

Any one help! Was looking for a recipe for chicken using philidelipa as the sauce? Seen it last night here but cant find it now!

I normally stuff mine with some and wrap in ww bacon mmmmm

Dry fry [with little water] red onion and mushrooms with some chilli flakes. When cooked add 150gms of cooked tiger prawns, stir in 60gms of Philly sweet chilli cheese and mix together thoroughly. Add a little cold milk if you want a 'runny' sauce. This is a simple but delicious dish. Serve with spaghetti. - serves one

There are loads of recipies on the philly website Philadelphia - Home, most can be made low pp by omitting olive oil and swapping full fat philly for the light one etc.

I love mixing some extra light philly with some chopped up jalapenos and greated light cheese and stuffing it in chicken breasts (add breadcrumbs if youd like!) Its to die for :D
