    3 pp Hot cross buns

    450 grams of Tesco crusty wholemeal bread mix
    115 grams sultana's
    1 orange and zest
    2 tsp cinnamon
    3 tsp mixed spice
    3 tbbs sweetner
    warm water .. add untill you get a soft dough

    For the glaze and cross ( optional )
    1 tbs of golden syrup mixed with warm water
    1tbs flour and water

    Put all the ingridents in a bow, add the water and mix together
    Follow the instrustions on the back of the packet

    3 pp per bun
    makes 13
