    Any Pumpkin recipes???

    Now that the pumpkins are coming into the shops, Does anyone have a receipes using them, either sweet or savoury.

    Ya was thinking that alright might roast it first. Saw recipe for banana and pumpkin bread but just trying to get lower pp version

    Well tried the banana and pumpkin muffins they were so nice came in at 6pp each for 12 of them but they were really big so could have made a few extra with less pp but only had 12 muffing trays.

    Hey I know I'm doing SW but I've just made coconut curry pumpkin soup it was delicious. Just coconut milk (I used coconut powdered milk as it's less syns), onion, chilli, garlic, curry powder & pumpkin cook until pumpkin is soft then blitz, yum.

    There is great pumpkin pie recipe available in one of the weight watchers 'Your Week' booklets. I know it's not really pumpkin season right now but i will try and find the recipe and post it.
