Takeaway night! HELP!!

hi everyone,
need a bit of advice. im going to a friends on friday for a girls night consisting of a takeaway curry, i usually have a king prawn biriani and swap the veg curry for a sagaloo but i have no idea how many propoints this would be??? or any tips for something else to eat??? i dnt like spicy foods thats why i always have this???

also does anyone have any idea how many propoints a chicken kebab is from a kebab shop? when i did the weight watchers before it used to be in the old eating out guide, but now its all changed and it isnt in the new one!!!

chicken tikka is the least harmful at 14pp for 8 of the pieces. if you like prawns then prawn dopiaza is is 17, a prawn jalfrezi 16pp. Sag aloo is 8pp, cauliflower bhajee is 6pp. Your poppadoms are 4 each. Plain rice is 12 but if you go for pilau it goes up to 16.

thankyou will bear all this in mind friday!!! im fine all week on weight watchers counting points but come weekend when its takeaways and eating out its so hard! so glad i have this site as support now!!!

still anyone know how many pro points the chicken kebab is???
 
Well a Nando's chicken breast pitta is 11, salad would be 0pp and I'm not sure what the chilli sauce would be so maybe a small one would be around the 12/15 pp mark. Not sure though, hope somebody else can be more help
 
Thankyou this does help! I dnt have chilli sauce so no worries there! Last time I was on weight watchers I could have a small chicken kebab and still stay within my points. Hope this is still the case as at least I can still have a takeaway and be healthy! X
 
I usually point a Chicken Shish Kebab with no sauce at 11pp
