hello , i have just started the ww propoints plan , im not attending meetings due to my weird and wonderful rota for work can never get the time off plus im on a tight budget. one of my fellow work collegues uesde to do the propoints and gave me all her books (shop and eating out) and her calculator. im going to offically start with it on monday, but im trying to stick to it now and work out what foods i can and cant eat so to speak. my main problem is thet im not good at sitting down to a meal , i tend to graze an pick which i no is bad has anyone got any tips on tasty things that arent going to send my points sky high ??

The obvious one is fruit its free!
WW biscuits, crackers,crisps 2pp
Finn crisp x 3 is 1pp
French Fries 2pp
Curly Wurly 3pp
Snack a Jacks 1pp

You could try getting a Graze box delivered-they tend to be 2-5 PP per punnet of snack and they provide all the nutritional info so you can work it out with your calculator. If you go to the website and put in the code FQ3JR2GD you'll get a free box to try it out. (I hope I'm allowed to put that up-am new and not 100% sure on what's allowed so far!)

My box this week contained lightly toasted pistachios (6PP-I shared with my husband!)" Tom yum yum (3PP), Scandi berries (2PP) and tomato dipinetti (2PP). I get the eatwell boxes and they have different healthy snacks in them every time. I get them weekly but you can get them more or less frequently as you wish. They're great! And much, much nicer than WW own brand 'chocolate' bars etc.
