    Question Points panic!!?? Question!!

Ok I had a huuuuuge salad for dinner lastnight - salad leaves, babycorn, red onion, raw mushrooms and fresh cooked beetroot and had balsamic vinegar on it.

Question 1) Fresh cooked beetroot - is that 0 points???
I know it says fresh beetroot is 0 points but obviously fresh cooked beetroot is a bit more vinegary (it basically tastes like the stuff out a jar) so wondered if it was 0 points?! I hope so..I had a lot of it lastnight!!!!

Also - Balsamic Vinegar!! I was under the impression that it was 0 points...I was splashing it all over my salad!!!!!! I've looked in the WW shopping guide (was trying to find points value of Oxo cubes as I love them in tinned tomatoes on toast and figured that'd be a low point meal) and I came across Balsamic Vinegar under loads of supermarkets and ALL of them were pointed!!!??? Argh..I thought balsamic vinegar was free!!

Please tell me the story with fresh cooked beetroot and balsamic vinegar...I thought I was doing really well with a 0 point dinner lastnight and now am worried with the huge amount of beetroot and the balsamic vinegar that I've done myself more harm than good!

Can someone please help and put my mind at rest...

    Thanks!!

    Thanks!

I did buy it from the supermarket but it's not balsamic dressing...it's balsamic vinegar...so no matter what make/brand it is, balsamic vinegar is free as is cooked fresh beetroot yes???

Sorry it's just that I've just come off Lighter Life and been on WW for 1 week and put on 2lbs...I don't want my weight to keep going up so trying to stick to it properly!!
