hi guys. im new and was trying to work out a couple things. wonderd if anyone could help me. my favourite thing to eat from a takeaway shop is a cheese and chip wrap with prawn sauce, could anyone roughly point this, its aboput half a portion of chips, with a wrap, cheese and the sauce. Also thinking of going out the weekend and wanderd whats best to drink. i was thinking wine or vodka, but what mizzer is best and what wine.

many thanks in advance :)

Hi, im not sure on the food u would prob have to weigh it to be 100% ... As for the alcohol... Vodka is 2pp per 25ml.. A normal uk shot.. So if u have diet mixer or soda water it will be the lowest, wine is diff for each one.. Bt roughly between 18-21 a bottle ....

ive had a rough guess of the food at about 26 pro points, sheeks, looks look il be laying off of these lol. oh and thanks for the advice about the alcohol. think il stick to vodka then as these seem to be the best. only drink once or twice a month so should be ok. thanks very much :)

I know it's not the same but maybe try making a home made version. Chips cooked with fry light in oven, Ww wrap, have fat cheese and reduced calorie sauce. It prob won't tast as good but might just beat them cravings

Oh my god, i never thought of this lol. Thanks very much that shall definetly be something i will be trying soon :) what are the best chips to but and im presuming ww cheese is the best :) thanks soo much :)

I find home made ones best. Cut your potatoes into chips, par boil for about 5 mins, then put on baking tray and spray with fry light. They take about 30 minutes in the oven. For the dressing I have just looked on my Ww app. There are some low fat Kraft, or morissons /asda thousand island dressings which are 1 pp, I find these tend to be runny, but it says hellmanns luxury dressing Is 2 per tbl spoon

You could make your own prawn cocktail sauce if u can't get a low fat one it's only mayo, Tabasco and tomato sauce mixed together and extra light mayo is really low pp. if you like butternut squash you can make them into oven chips and they are zero pp apart from the oil

Ohh thank very much. I shall try this tomorrow for tea :)
