    How many pp is a burger bun? I want to make the burgers but we never have them in buns xx

    Week 4: -1.5 by some miracle!
    Week 5: -1
    week 6: -3
    Week 7: -1.5
    Week 8: -2.5, into the 10s!! Yaay!

    Ohhh ok lol i dunno, it just says on the ww recipe 'low calorie bun' but doesn't state how many pp it is, for the whole thing burger plus bun it's 10 pp x

    I've just had a look on the app and most of the white rolls work out at 4pp, a large warburtons bread roll works out at 6pp x
