    grams vs ml

    Guys i'm in need of a pointer! Dressing like mayo/ salad cream have there nutritional value in ml, i would never get a measuring jug out to measure but would weigh it! Would 15ml of mayo be the same as 15g???

    1 ml of water is 1g, anything else is very likely to be different, lighter or heavier - a LEVEL teaspoon will be about 5 ml, so you could try that as your measure
