    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 2st5.5lb
    Weight to Lose: 1st1.5lb
    % Lost 17.09%

    Help! New to ww

    I'm changing from slimming world to ww and just wondering is all fruit and veg free? I'm doing it from home as I always work shifts and miss a lot of meetings so easier this way, also is things like beetroot and gherkins free? As I usually use these to jazz up plain salads

    Any help would be great

    All fruit and veg are free apart from peas (frozen, fresh etc) potatoes and sweet corn. I think that's it. Beetroot is free but not sure about gherkins as I don't like them!
