Propoints for coffee and tea

Does anyone use their propoints for coffee and tea? I guess it depends on how much milk and sugar you use.

I use less than 50ml milk per cup and 1tsp of sugar. I count one propoint. Is that correct?

hiya only been doing this a week tomorrow so hope am rite.. this is what i do.

half pint of skimmed milk 3pp (i use this for tea/coffee in day prob dont use this much but wanna be safe)
sugar is 1pp however i use sweetner that is 0pp
