    propoints for multiples

    Hi!

i joined weight watchers again last night after a year break while pregnant.

i'm just getting confused by the multiples - e.g. how do you work out points if you had 2 teaspoons of sugar instead of one etc?

    thanks

    marie xx

If you don't have one already would really suggest getting the propoints calculator and work out all your points from that. The multi points thing really had me until I got that. Basically you work out the propoints for say one slice of bread (doing this as I know this one!) Hovis best of both is 2.4pp, now as propoints don't have half points like the old system you have to round the numbers up or down, so 1 slice is one point as you round down, but if you had 2 slices of bread at the same time it would be 4.8pp so you round it up to 5. Hope that helps Xx
